| CCMI performs testing of secondary containent structures such as submersible turbine pump (STP) containment sumps, dispenser containment sumps, fill/vapor recovery spill basins and sumps, secondary tanks and, secondary piping. Secondary containment systems are the last line of defense in the storage of regulated substances. Many owners, operators and regulators are placing greater emphasis on ensuring these systems are operating as they were designed - to contain leaks in the event that one occurs.
CCMI utilizes the INCON TS-STS Sump Tester, Fibrelite Sherlock Vacuum Tester, and other proprietary test methods. The secondary containment test method utilized at a given site is dependent on the material, manufacturer and type of secondary containment structure.
